Once again Edwards Coaches of Pontypridd, South Wales have been nominated by Route One for the prestigious award for ‘Large Coach Operator of the Year (over 50 vehicles)’. Route One is a weekly magazine for the coach and bus industry and is a well recognised publication. To qualify for the final shortlist, Edwards had to fight off over 400 entries from coach companies across the UK and to win this prestigious award, would be a huge honour for the company.
This year, the glamorous award ceremony will take place at Birmingham’s Hilton Metropole Hotel on the 2nd November, where the very best in the coaching industry will convene for a night of celebration and reflection over the past 12 months.
The night promises to be another spectacular and memorable gala presentation following day 2 of the Euro bus exhibition. With just 3 months to go to the awards, Edwards Coaches are hoping to be adding further to their trophy cabinet and had this to say, “To be recognised in the final 6 for this category is an absolute honour and a strong indicator of the hard work shown by all of our staff throughout the last 12 months.
