DISCOVER CARINTHIA IN SOUTHERN AUSTRIA
The beautiful province of Carinthia is a scenic gem, boasting breathtaking snow-capped mountains and glistening peaks, impressive valleys, 200 glistening lakes and a rich cultural heritage. Highlights include a guided tour of Klagenfurt (one of Austria’s prettiest and opulent old towns with its lovingly restored Renaissance courtyards), tours of the Italian border towns, a visit to Triglav National Park and a boat trip on Lake Millstatt.
STAY ON YOUR OWN PRIVATE ISLAND IN CROATIA
With its sublime stretch of coast and crystal-clear waters of the Adriatic Sea, Croatia has long been regarded as one of the most beautiful parts of Europe offering an amazing range of scenery and landscapes. KEUKENHOF BULBFIELDS
Keuknhof, in Holland, is also known as the Garden of Europe and is one of the world’s largest flower gardens. Every spring Keukenhof is a feast for the eyes when millions of tulips and other bulb flowers are in bloom. A fantastic experience for people of all ages and a wonderful spectacle to photograph, this overwhelming display of colour in a beautiful setting covers an area of 32 hectares that incorporates elements of traditional and modern landscape gardening.
LAKE ISEO & ITALIAN LAKES
Lake Iseo is one of the lesser known lakes in northern Italy, but just as captivating as its larger neighbours. The attractive southern end of the lake is both our base and the location of the pretty town of Iseo, which has a charming centre and lots of typical Italian character. Located in the Franciacorta Valley, the area is known as one of the best wine growing areas in the north of Italy. Highlights include a full day at the stunning Lake Garda, a guided visit to the II Mosnel Franciacorta wine cellar with wine tasting, and a visit to nearby Desenzano, one of Garda’s most vibrant and fashionable lakeside resorts.
KRAKOW AND ZAKOPANE IN THE HIGH TATRAS
Poland is now one of the major destinations for travellers and its beauty can be admired in both its old cities and the wild scenery of its national parks. Our new two centre tour features the taste of both visiting the beautiful city of Krakow and the alpine resort of Zakopane, situated at the foot of the Tatras with its inspiring landscape of majestic peaks towering 6.000 feet into the clouds.
