Hi we have a trip booked in October to Scotland on the inner Hebridean island hopper tour . My husband is asthmatic and cannot wear a face mask will this be ok if the guidelines remain the same ?

Thank you for email about update on travelling. We are booked to do the Rhône/Moselle cruise on the 2nd October. Looking at the seating plan, our seat no’s are 11 & 12, are we right in thinking that the same no’s. apply to us. Don’t mind where as long as we can sit on the driver side.
Also is it possible to order two (2) of the well being packs. I am assuming we will pick them up from the driver. Also pay him at the time, or pay you before we go.

I miss you all. I recently moved from Wales to England then Covid19 struck, and now I see even National Express has suspended services from Hereford to London!
Eventually we will get out of this, and we will look forward to better times.

Hi, went on the North Wales trip 27th November for 3 days, it was brilliant. As usual Edwards look after their customers to a high standard. Masks must be worn at all times on the bus, sanitiser is provided and soctal distancing with seating is planned out excellent. Can’t wait for my next trip

We have had lovely holidays with you, always clean, comfortable and relaxing. We have been to Austria, Luxembourg, Isle of Man. Paignton, Llandudno was our last and we were due to go to Iceland & Northern Lights but sadly it was cancelled. Hopefully we will be able to do this trip in the not too distant future. Hi, we booked as a groupof 4 for Royal Ascot last year, covid put an end to that so we carried our trip over to this year. What is the outcome for Ascot for this year?

We currently have Ascot open for sale, but we have yet to be advised whether the course will open to the public.

Hi All at Edwards,
We have travelled with Edwards a few times and have always had a good experience, friendly drivers, friendly staff at your Cardiff Travel agents. We are really looking forward to our next trip to Jersey in the Channel Islands. When do you think we may be able to book this trip with you. Edwards is the best coach company that we have travelled with. As your toilets on the bus are for emergencies only and no food or drink, will you intend to make more convenience stops with future travel. Thanks Eira

Hi Eira and thanks for the lovely comment.
You can still book for the Channel Islands as we envisage travel will open back up after Easter and when Covid is under control, we’ll be able to reinstate business as usual.
As for toilet, these are always for emergency only and food / drink can be taken in moderation, but we always try to make interesting convenience stops en-route.

We list our pickup points on each tour under the heading of Pick-up Points as each tour has different pick ups. However, we still offer our 2 main depots where you can securely park your car at Llantrisant and Llansamlet.

Hi everyone, we’ve booked to go to Northumberland in October and really looking forward to it and to the Edwards experience which is always first class.
The question I’ve got is have your coaches got WiFi as my son has given me his iPad and I’m hoping to watch some films while travelling. Thank you Teresa.

Hi Teresa.
Some of our coaches do have 4G WIFI, but the signal is not as stable as at home or at hotels and drops off often.
That signal is also being shared with other users on the coaches, so bandwidth is always an issue being more suited for messages and emails rather than streaming.
I would recommend downloading any files etc, to the device to be able to watch “offline”
