We had issues with our phones last week because of a malicious DDOS attack and today with over 300 calls they have not stopped ringing and all of our Travel Consultants have been flat out answering calls.
Schools Started back in full today across South Wales and we have had over 100 calls from anxious parents (and a few teachers) but with 133 school runs carrying approximately 6650 children, it’s been an interesting day for all involved!
Thanks to all those who rang, called, spoke on the phone, drove a bus or car, watched over the children and waited anxiously for their return, we just wanted to say “THANK YOU“
