The countdown is on – let’s get behind Damian!
At the end of April, our very own Damian Evans, Transport Manager and Tour Co-ordinator, will be taking on the London Marathon in support of our Charity of the Year, Wales Air Ambulance Charity.
Many of our customers will recognise Damian from driving tours and ensuring everyone arrives safely and on time. Now, he’s swapping the driver’s seat for running shoes to take on this incredible challenge.
Damian shares:
“Hi, I’m a stroke survivor and since recovering in 2022, I’ve started taking part in various events and supporting charities. In 2025, I applied for the London Marathon 2026 and was lucky enough to secure a place. When Edwards Coaches partnered with Wales Air Ambulance, I knew I wanted to run for them. They do a magnificent job and touch so many lives. If you can spare even just £1, it will make a difference.”
Wales Air Ambulance carries out life-saving missions across the country, relying entirely on public donations to continue their vital work. Every contribution, no matter the size, helps keep their service running.
