Day 1

TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Following the Channel crossing to Calais we complete the journey to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation. (D)

Day 2

OVERNIGHT HOTEL TO ZELL AM ZILLER
We complete the journey to our resort where we stay for the next five nights. (B, D)

Day 3

INNSBRUCK & RATTENBERG
Excursion to Innsbruck, the capital of Tyrol where we have a guided tour so you can see the main sights including the historic old town with its legendary Golden Roof, the Hofburg, former imperial residence of the ruling Habsburgs and pretty Maria Thereisenstraße. You will also visit the Swarovski Crystal store and get an insight into the history of this traditional Austrian company. In the afternoon visit the small town of Rattenberg and visit a confectioners for an apple strudel demonstration with tasting and a coffee and take the Mozart cup as a souvenir. (B, D)

Day 4

FREE DAY
Enjoy a day to relax in Zell am Ziller. (B, D)

Day 5

LAKE ACHEN & KAISERSCHMARRN
Enjoy a guided excursion to the fjord-like Lake Achen, the largest lake in the Tyrol surrounded by mountains that offer the perfect backdrop to the emerald green waters. Here we board a relaxing boat cruise before enjoying a traditional Kaiserchmarrn, a light traditional caramelized pancake. (B, D)

Day 6

WILDER KAISER, KITZBÜHEL & OBERNDORF
Enjoy a scenic drive through the dramatic Wilder Kaiser mountains and take in the breath-taking views as we make our way to the internationally famous alpine resort of Kitzb?hel. We continue on to Oberndorf and visit a traditional Tyrolean farm including a show cheese dairy and a schnapps distillery with a tour and tasting. (B, D)

Day 7

ZELL AM ZILLER TO OVERNIGHT HOTEL
We depart our hotel and continue to our overnight dinner, bed and breakfast accommodation. (B, D)

Day 8

FROM OVERNIGHT HOTEL
Continue to Calais and complete the journey home. (B)
