Crecy & The Opal Coast
Since 2015 Llantrisant, home of Edwards Coaches, has been twinned with the town of Crecy-en-Ponthieu in northern France, where Longbowmen from Llantrisant fought at the Battle of Crecy in 1346 during the Hundred Years’ War. We will visit the historical centre ‘Crécy La Bataille’ as well as charming resorts on the Opal Coast.

Visit to the historical centre 'Crécy La Bataille' which allows visitors to discover the context of the Hundred Years' War and the famous battle of August 26, 1346 along with a visit to the battle site with a guide.

MONTREUIL-SUR-MER & LE TOUQUET PARIS-PLAGE
Excursion to the picture-postcard pretty town of Montreuil sur Mer which sits on top of a hill, encircled by ancient ramparts. Later we visit Le Touquet Paris-Plage, an outstanding seaside resort on the Opal Coast. With tax free shopping, and over 300 shops to browse, it really is a paradise for shopaholics.
