Day 1
Following the Channel crossing to Calais, we make our way to Paris where we stay for the next three nights.
Day 2
This morning we depart on an orientation tour by coach, giving you time to get your bearings. Later the coach will drop off nearby one of the River Seine cruise operators where you will have the opportunity to take in the sights from the water (cost not included). The city comes alive at night when its iconic buildings are beautifully lit, and this evening we'll enjoy Paris at its very best and will be sure to catch a glimpse of the twinkling Eiffel Tower. (B)
Day 3
After a leisurely breakfast we will be transferred into the Montmartre district in the northern part of the city. Here you will have free time to wander around the narrow streets and visit the white domed Basilica of Sacre-Coeur, or the Place du Tertre, packed with colourful artist stalls. (B)
Day 4
We travel to Calais for the return channel crossing and complete the journey home. (B)
