Day 1

We depart locally and travel to the historic market town of Devizes with a colourful medieval past before stopping at Avebury henge and stone circles, one of the greatest marvels of prehistoric Britain. Later we make our way to the hotel for a late afternoon check in followed by dinner.

Day 2

Enjoy a visit to Lacock Abbey, a fine country house with monastic roots. It is located in the heart of the village within its own woodland grounds and is a country house of various architectural styles. From here we make our way to the charming town of Marlborough with free time to explore.

Day 3

After breakfast we visit STEAM - Museum of the Great Western Railway which tells the story of the men and women who built, operated and travelled on the Great Western Railway before commencing the journey back to South Wales.
